Welcome to the Montana HACCP and Food Safety Reference homepage. This site is maintained by Chief Dull Knife College, Agricultural Sciences. The Agricultural Education Program at Montana State University also contributed to the development of this resource. This site is intended to serve as an educational tool assisting Montana meat processors and food industry workers in their effort to better understand, maintain and improve their HACCP programs which were initiated in compliance with federal law in late January 2000. |
